About the Journal

Journal of Innovative Technology and Sustainability Education is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that aims to advance the understanding and implementation of innovative technologies and sustainable practices in educational contexts. Published three times a year (April, August, and December), JITSE serves as a platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policy makers to share insights, research findings, and theoretical perspectives that contribute to the development of technology-driven and sustainability-oriented education.

Focus and Scope

Journal of Innovative Technology and Sustainability Education (JITSE) welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, case studies, and literature reviews in the following areas (but not limited to):

  • Integration of innovative technologies in teaching and learning

  • Educational practices that promote environmental sustainability

  • Digital transformation in education systems

  • Curriculum development for sustainability education

  • Green computing and eco-friendly educational technologies

  • Policy and leadership in sustainable educational innovation

  • Teacher professional development in educational technology and sustainability

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to JITSE undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure high academic quality and integrity. Each submission is evaluated by at least three anonymous reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The review process typically includes:

  1. Initial editorial screening for scope and formatting compliance

  2. Double-blind review by three independent reviewers

  3. Editorial decision based on reviewers’ recommendations

  4. Possible revisions by the author(s) based on reviewer feedback
